Queen Elizabeth Country Park is the perfect weekend out for everyone to enjoy. With 2,000 acres of unencumbered access to beautiful woodland and wildlife within the East Hampshire Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this park will take your breath away!

There are two play areas, barbeque sites, and picnic areas are great for a relaxing day in the countryside. If you didn’t bring a lunch, the café has homemade, locally-grown meals and snacks for you to enjoy.

If you want to get out and about, there are twenty miles of long and short distance hiking trails to explore. Bring Fido along for a fun family day out! Hike up Buster Hill, the tallest point on the South Downs. On a clear day, you can see Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight!

You can take a road bike out on the cycling paths or try the novice and advanced mountain biking trails. Explore the park on horseback to see the abundant wildlife and woodland from a different perspective.

Not for the faint of heart, paragliding and hang gliding are popular activities in the park. Fly high above the trees to experience the countryside in a whole other dimension! With laser games, wayfaring, and orienteering, there is no shortage of activities to get your adrenaline pumping at Queen Elizabeth Country Park!

Make sure to check the park’s website for a wide range of activities and events the park puts on. From yoga to ranger-led walks, Queen Elizabeth Country Park has something to please everyone in the family!
