Lee Valley Ice Centre is set in Leyton, in the heart of East London, and is the regional centre for ice sports in the south of England.

It was opened back in 1984 and hasn’t looked back since. The ice pad is sized to international standards, using modern technology to create a magnificent backdrop for up to 1,250 skaters and spectators. The Ice Centre provides an extensive programme of activities including public skating, figure skating, ice-dance, pairs, synchronised skating, ice-hockey and skating courses. Private tuition from a team of NISA qualified coaches is also available.

The centre produces a spectacular Ice Show every Christmas with a cast of over 100 skaters performing to audiences of over 5000, and is also a major venue for skating events which include Championship Qualifiers and regional competitions.
