Are the dungeons accessible for Disabled customers?
Yes, All the dungeons have wheelchair access, however certain rides are not suitable for disabled customers.
Is there any discount for disabled customers/carers?
Disabled customers can book online at full price and get Fast Track entry and the carer gains free entry. Disabled customers must show their disabled badge on entry to have their carer enter for free.
Is there parking available?
Check out the 'find us', pages on the website for your most convenient car park in relation to the dungeon you want to see.
Can pregnant women use the dungeons?
Yes, however, the tour is approximately 1.5 hours long and some rides may not be suitable to use in their present condition and this will be at the discretion of the individual concerned.
How long does the tour last?
All Dungeons take approximately 1- 1.5 hours to complete the tour. Tours start approximately every 7 minutes.
Can you use cameras in the dungeons?
No, you can't have any flash photography.
Is there a minimum age for the Dungeons?
There is no minimum age & this is left to the discretion of the parent or guardian, but we do not recommended the Dungeon for young children or those of a nervous disposition. The Dungeon is very dark and children under 10 may find it quite scary.
How do I receive my tickets?
You are not sent tickets when you buy Fast Track tickets online. You are sent an emailed confirmation immediately after making your booking. This confirmation needs to be printed and taken with you to the Dungeon or you maybe refused entry. The emailed confirmation acts as your ticket.
Can I take food and drink into the Dungeon?
No food or drink can be consumed in the Dungeon.
What are the age brackets?
Children - (5 - 14 years)
Students - (15 - 17years)
Adults - (18 years and up)
OAP - (60 years and up)
Infants - (under 5 years) please note: children under 5 can enter the Dungeon for free but, as stated in the terms and conditions, The Dungeons is not suitable for very young children
