The Huntly Falconry Centre is situated just outside the Aberdeenshire village of Huntly. It was established in 1991 as the first falconry centre of its type in Scotland.

Visitors to Huntly Falconry can enjoy thrice daily falconry displays, as birds swoop and soar, always returning back to Huntly’s capable handlers. Falconry Displays at Huntly are what visitors come to see, and no one leaves disappointed.

With a variety of owls, hawks, falcons, and eagles all taking part in flying demonstrations, visitors are also invited to participate directly, to get a feel of the birds’ behaviour and see how they feel up close.

Brilliant for school trips, corporate events or spontaneous days out, impressive shows of birds from the UK, Europe and around the world will give you a day to remember.

For those particularly keen on falconry, or for anyone wanting to get more out of their experience, Huntly offer a falconry tuition program and have been doing so for over two decades. The experience and knowledge of the resident falconers are passed on to those undertaking the tuition program, where the basics and more are covered.

Out of season Huntly take their birds to external events and shows in Scotland and England, as well as handling them for film and media companies who require the birds for commercial purposes.
