Sealife Birmingham is located at the Waters Edge, near the canals adjacent to the National Indoor Arena in Brindley Place. A stunning family attraction that the weather can’t put a dampener on. A family day out at Sealife Birmingham includes some 60 displays of sea life, allowing ticket holders to come face to face with a host of mind-boggling creatures, from sea horses and shrimps to sharks and stingrays.

With more than 4500 sea and freshwater animals on show, including a couple of thousand fish, Sealife Birmingham has much to offer. The Centre hosts permanent features, such as The Lost City Of Atlantis, which comprises a labyrinth of re-created ancient ruins with all manner of mysterious marine fauna guarding sunken treasure, coral reefs, caverns and underwater temples. The centre continually updates their displays with the most recent addition being the Jellyfish Discovery, with over 5 different species of jellyfish to learn about.

And this great family attraction’s magic mirror maze and the world’s first full-circle acrylic tunnel means that the residents of Sealife Birmingham including sharks, turtles and tropical fish are on display for all to see.

Sealife Birmingham additionally features a one million litre tank housing giant green turtles and black tip reef sharks, while a host of other exhibits include short-clawed otters, seahorses, crabs, lobsters and rays, ensuring a facinating family day out. The family attraction also holds educational talks and feeding sessions through the day, providing an educational family day out, with a ticket to Sealife Birmingham taking in Explore AmaZonia, which has many inhabitants of the rainforests of South America, like razor-toothed piranhas, electric eels, poison dart frogs, freshwater rays and tropical catfish.

Sealife Birmingham ticket holders also have access to the Gift Shop, feeding and touch pool activities, the Education Centre, and plenty of pay and display car parking.
