• Individual height restrictions apply on all rides.
• No Refunds can be given for non-operational rides, electrical power cuts, weather related closures, or any other situation beyond our control.
• During low season rides may operate in rotation.
• * = Excluding Go-Karts, Laser Quest and Crazy Golf as these attractions are special interest and would unfairly increase the wristband cost to all visitors.
• Valid until 5.00pm or evening sessions available when open 5pm until 10pm.

All sessions: £3 (in high season £4 for afternoon sessions.)
Schools/Colleges Group Swimming Rate: 11 – 18 years of age - Add £1.50 per person to your group booking package.
It must be noted that the complex is more of a fun place and would probably not suit the person looking for a quiet serious swim, although there is an early session daily when no water chutes operate and is swim only. The complex is operated on a session basis which vary in length depending on the season. The outdoor pool is open from the end of May until early September.

Directions:
Brean Leisure Park is near Junction 22 of the M5. Follow the Brown & White Tourist Board Signs from the motorway towards Burnham On Sea and North heading for Berrow and Brean. As you approach the Leisure Park you will pass Holiday Resort Unity on your right hand side. At the mini roundabout turn right onto the Park entrance road. You will see the main gates on your left.
